The magnitude of each of these disasters raises a simple preparedness question for today’s major law enforcement agencies.  

 

That question being:

 

“Is your Agency capable of conducting critical law enforcement forensic and tactical operations within an area  dangerously contaminated with a chemical, biological or radiological agent?”
